Sheet Metal Fabrication / Installation - Roofing (Littleton)

Our contracting business is expanding and we need a skilled painter who can also repair sheetrock! We are looking for a full-time painter / sheetrock repair person to join our team. Our painting jobs are usually interiors, doors, facia or decks. We do exteriors occasionally. Our sheetrock jobs are usually small repairs from previous plumbing and electrical work and include texturing. We also do a lot of bathroom and kitchen remodels which may require whole walls sheetrocked. If you have handyman skills, this is a plus. Qualifications Painting - Must have at least 8 years experience with indoor and outdoor brush and roller work, spraying, latex and oil based, staining and refinishing of decks, doors, molding and trim, etc. Sheetrock - Experienced in patching sheetrock, taping and multiple styles of texturing including hopper and rattle-can. Own tools and transportation. We will supply consumable supplies such as pans, rollers, drop cloths, etc. Must enjoy working alone or in a team. Stucco - Not required, but a plus if you are able to do small stucco patches and match a variety of textures. Handyman or other construction skills are a plus Customer Service Focus - Good customer skills are just as important as good trade skills Communication Skills - Must be relatively fluent in English and be able to communicate easily with people who's only language is English. Spanish language is helpful, but not necessary. Ability to pass both a drug test and a background check. Benefits Two weeks paid vacation. 8 paid holidays. Sick leave.
