McCarthy Manufacturing is a family owned and operated commercial cabinet shop with an immediate full-time opening for an experienced shop foreman. This position requires commercial fabrication experience along with at least 1 year management experience. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required. Job duties include but are not limited to: -Supervise and train staff -Manage shop staff and communicate with office staff -Administer disciplinary action when required -Help in future hiring for the shop -Oversee machinery and maintenance of equipment -Enforce safety regulation and protocols -Assist with performance reviews -Implement agreed upon strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency -Receive and inventory materials We negotiate wages based on your experience. Wages start from $26-$28 per hour. We typically work four-10 hour work days from Monday-Thursday with some overtime when needed.
