KDM Construction is seeking motivated individuals with carpentry experience to begin immediately! Currently looking for experienced Carpenters and Superintendent to help coordinate multiple new home builds: Carpenters/Supers must have: - Hand tools/cordless tools - Reliable transportation – Preferably a truck - Good work ethic - Motivated to work individually as well as in a group - Timeliness - Ability to lift 75lbs - Experience running crews or subcontractors - Ability to read plans, submit RFI’s and C/O’s - Reliable cell phone – All timecards are digital and submitted bi-weekly. - Ability to travel throughout lower Puget Sound for work - Minimum 5 years of experience in construction. We primarily work on Vashon Island, but we service Kitsap, King, and Pierce counties. KDM’s focus is on new custom homes and remodels. All ferry fare will be compensated for travel to the island.

ON-SITE FLEET SOUTIONS is looking for a weekend Service Lube Tech / Mechanic that will be doing primarily oil changes / tire mount and balance / Tire Repair plug patching from the inside out. You will be working with rental cars only. All makes and models of vehicles are new 2024 - 2025. Looking for an experienced mechanic with knowledge of tire mounting and balancing and tire repairs as well as oil changes and light mechanic services. Looking for experience in all these fields. Job duties: Knowledge of oil changing oil and resetting lights, tire mounting and balancing. TPMS sensor relearn and installation, battery replacement, bulb replacement, fixing door latches, light mechanics and diagnostics. these are added services but not required Must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, have reliable transportation, and works well with others. Looking for some clean laborers and experienced carpenters that have experience in marine construction. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle and don't mind working on and in the water. You can make money if you KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING and can work a FULL DAY. If you can run a crew pay will increase but will need to be able to work without someone holding your hand.
