What You'll Do: Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and automotive locks, safes, and associated hardware. Service and install modern access control systems, including keypads, card readers, and electronic locks. Diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electronic security issues in the field. Provide outstanding customer service, offering expert advice and solutions to clients. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and manage on-site inventory. Who We're Looking For: We are seeking two types of candidates: 1. The Experienced Field Technician: Proven experience as a locksmith or security technician. Proficiency in master keying, lock rekeying, and safe servicing. Familiarity with a wide range of lock and hardware brands. Experience with access control systems is a significant plus. A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. 2. The Apprentice / Trainee: A strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with your hands. Experience with tools, electronics, or computer systems is highly desirable. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn a skilled trade. Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-minded approach. A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. Why Join Us?
