Day-to-Day Duties Install, retrofit, and troubleshoot residential and small commercial electrical systems, including solar PV systems, panel and service replacements, branch circuits for remodeling projects, battery storage systems, and EV chargers. Install wiring and circuits; provide disconnects and meters per NEC / OESC. Install upgrades to load centers, decommission knob-and-tube systems, and install electrical connections to mechanical systems. Supervise and train Apprentices as required. Complete all necessary paperwork. Meet Neil Kelly safety standards. Apply knowledge of electrical codes (required) and familiarity with Oregon Solar Installation Specialty Code. Perform additional responsibilities as directed. We are looking for a ground man to work on our small crew of seasoned professionals who practice modern arboriculture with a focus on safety, modern tree care, and client satisfaction.
