Property Maintenance Technicians (Santa Maria)

Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician Location: Santa Maria & Lompoc Position Overview: Labor Finders is seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair services at multi-family housing developments in Santa Maria and Lompoc. Your work will ensure that the properties remain safe, functional, and visually appealing for residents. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance duties, including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical, painting, and appliance repair. • Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools and equipment. • Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues to provide effective and efficient repairs. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure property standards are met. • Collaborate with property management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Five (5) years of experience in general maintenance, preferably within a multi-family housing environment. • Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. • Ability to operate and maintain hand and power tools effectively and safely. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.
