ShareHi, my name is Eric Morris and I am the owner of Finish Coat Painting in Asheville. FCP is an up and coming company with unlimited room for growth and potential. I have only been in business for 3 years but I have established a solid foundation by building an exceptional reputation, securing several good customers, and I am working with a couple high end contractors on serious projects. With that, I am looking for a couple good, long term, W2 employees to help me build and grow! The sky's the limit but I can't do it alone... I will bullet point a couple key things I am looking for below. - A success and growth mindset. - Takes pride in their work. - Responsible and able to show up to work on time. - Reliable transportation - Able to work well with other. - Must have proper documentation. (On contractor projects I have to have you under my workers comp insurance. Which means you have to be on the payroll and I can't register anyone on payroll without a social security number.) - A professional perspective when it comes to residential and commercial painting. FCP will be the next big thing and with the right crew, there is no limit to the potential.
