Maintenance person (Sewickley)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a Manufactured Home Community located in sewickley pa . In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the community’s facilities and infrastructure, RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, landscaping, and repairing community buildings, roads, and infrastructures. - Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. - - Monitor and maintain the community’s equipment and systems, such as water, sewer, and electrical systems. - Work with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
