I run a water softener installation/repair company and live on a ranch. Need help with both things. We are about 7 miles south of Hallettsville, TX.

The Technician II assists with maintenance tasks for company assets and assists maintenance staff with overhauling minor components and installing replacements, with electrical, hydraulic and computer diagnostics and with scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance. The Pipefitter will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, performing welding tasks, and ensuring compliance with ASME codes and standards. SUBCONTRACTOR/WINDOW INSTALLER                                                                                        We need subcontractors now! Our subcontractors typically average between $90k+ annually.  We are the largest millwork installation company in the U.S. and have a proven track record of stability and year-over-year growth.                                                               Requirements: CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIRED Applicants must have one of the following: Florida General Contractor, *Florida Building Contractor, *Florida Residential Building Contractor, or *Florida Trade License (Electrical, HVAC, etc.) Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation. Minimum of 5 years experience installing doors and/or trim carpentry is preferred. Commercial General Liability insurance (minimum $1M policy).
