Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical HVAC training preferred. 2+ years of experience in HVAC, purchasing, estimating, or a related field. Working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and materials. Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
