Overview: We are seeking a skilled Framer or Crew to join our team. We do residential and commercial work in the central and northern New Jersey area including but not limited to Morristown, Mendham, Montclair, Chester, Glen Rock, Midland Park, Far Hills, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial framing and a strong understanding of construction practices. Duties: - Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard - Measure, cut, or shape wood, drywall, and other materials - Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures - Help with remodeling projects including replacing windows and doors - Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations - Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects Experience: - Proven experience as a Framer - Knowledge of construction estimating and remodeling techniques - Familiarity with various carpentry tools and equipment - Metal and wood framing experience If you are a dedicated framer with a passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply. *IF YOU ARE APPLYING AS A SUBCONTRACTOR CREW YOU MUST BE FULLY INSURED* Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $21.00 - $45.00 per hour -Expected hours: 40 per week -Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday -Experience: Framing: 2 years (Preferred) -Ability to Commute
