Diesel mechanic (Pasco, WA)

Must have at least 3 year of experience working as a Diesel Mechanic. Responsibilities for this position range from preventative maintenance to diagnosing and repairing diesel engines. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of semi trucks, trailers, medium duty vehicles. Requires lifting, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling Qualified applicants must have the following: Minimum 3 years experience Knowledge in engines, transmissions, differentials, suspensions, air brakes, running gear, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on various types of equipment. Ability to operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment to diagnose problems. Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with specifications. Repair and ensure that repairs are performed accurately to the manufacturer's standards. Able to read and understand service manuals Understanding of DOT inspection requirements Valid driver’s license Tools to perform minor and major repairs on heavy equipment and class 8 trucks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
