Responsibilities: * Perform alterations on men’s suits, tuxedos, shirts, trousers, and outerwear. * Provide expert fittings to ensure garments meet clients’ exact specifications. * Execute hand-sewing, machine stitching, hemming, tapering, and other tailoring techniques with precision. * Maintain high-quality standards in craftsmanship and garment presentation. * Collaborate with sales associates to ensure timely and accurate completion of client orders. * Manage alteration schedules and meet deadlines during peak seasons (e.g., weddings, holidays, prom). * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a tailor specializing in men’s formalwear and luxury garments. * Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques, fabrics, and garment construction. * Ability to perform detailed alterations with accuracy and efficiency. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
