What You’ll Do Lead all phases of residential carpentry projects—from site prep to final finishes—with precision and high craftsmanship standards Supervise and mentor carpentry team members, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and Neil Kelly quality expectations Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within scope Manage material deliveries, inspect for accuracy and quality, and maintain organized, safe, and secure job sites Uphold safety protocols, protect client property, and deliver an exceptional project experience from start to finish What You Bring You’re an experienced carpenter and confident leader with excellent technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You have the right tools to do the job, a valid driver’s license and a pickup truck with canopy, or utility type van.
