Job description Now Hiring: Landscape Crew Leader (Driver Required) Location: Nashville, TN Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience) $500 Sign-On Bonus After 180 Days of Employment Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We DO NOT mow lawns — we specialize in high-end residential landscape installation and maintenance. What You'll Do: Drive a company truck with crew and tools to job sites Perform or lead landscape tasks: ▫ Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials ▫ Mulching, edging, and bed maintenance ▫ Pruning and general clean-up ▫ Sod installation ▫ Drainage installation (PVC/flex pipe) ▫ Basic lighting and irrigation troubleshooting Follow detailed job sheets and communicate with management Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness Represent the team professionally at high-end residential properties Requirements: Valid TN driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Reliable transportation to our shop located in West Nashville Must arrive on time and ready to work every day Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset Bonus if You Have: 1+ year of landscape or construction experience Proficiency in pruning and plant identification Ability to identify turf/weeds and plant health issues Basic knowledge of lighting or irrigation systems Trailer towing or CDL experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus For Crew Leader Candidates: 2+ years of landscape experience preferred Confident leading 2–5 crew members on job sites Able to read designs, direct crews, and complete jobs efficiently Comfortable communicating with clients and property managers Capable of training and mentoring less experienced crew members Responsible for ensuring tools/materials are loaded and documented daily Who We're Looking For: Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up every day No drama, no laziness — just respect, communication, and results Someone who treats company trucks, tools, and clients with care A team player who can follow direction and help lead when needed Not afraid to work hard and get dirty — but knows how to work smart Ready to join a team that values quality, professionalism, and growth?
