Solutions Plumbing Specialist is searching for an experienced plumber (5+ years) for Greater San Diego. We are a residential plumbing company, specializing in home renovations, ADU’s and new construction. We are a growing company built on great relationships with our GC’s and developers. We offer: Great working environment with room to grow as we scale Many tools provided No on calls PTO Occasional opportunity for overtime Positions Overview: (Journeyman Plumber) The Journeyman plumber performs work in a craftsman like manner that is required for the construction and installation of plumbing systems and components for residential new constructions and remodeling. Must hold skills specializing in relocation of both water and waste lines, brazing copper, pex experience and tools, abs, galvanized. Plumber must be proficient in both water and waste repipe, ability to work with slabs and sub floors. All plumbing relocation is a must to include setting shower valves & drains. This is for residential home remodeling and all plumbing needs associated with home with the service sector. Attention to detail is required. Ability to manage and lead apprentice plumbers. Great communication skills and response time. Requirements: Thorough knowledge of the UPC CODE Clean driving record. Installer must be able to complete 5 star quality work. References from former employers Ability to be sent to a job and handle it until it is done and correct Problem solving and know when to ask for guidance Good communication with customers, co workers and supervisors. Physical Demands/Requirements: Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Wear personal protective equipment, respirator when required. Able to work 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime may be offered. Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job. You will be responsible for dismantling machinery, transferring equipment, and installing equipment.
