Position Overview This role supports our warehouse and fleet operations. The Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator helps ensure materials, equipment, and vehicles are organized, clean, and ready to support our projects. Responsibilities Clean and organize the yard and warehouse Receive stock, manage inventory, and prepare reorder purchase orders Inventory and stock transfers between warehouse, storage units, and vehicles Stage and pull materials for upcoming projects Break down and sort materials for disposal Perform weekly inspections on 30+ fleet vehicles (oil/fluid levels, tires, cab clean-up, minor repairs) Assist with vehicle maintenance and periodic repairs Pick up orders from suppliers as needed Drive company vehicle to various job sites, or repair shops Schedule Full-Time: 4 days per week, 4x 10-hour shifts Wednesday - Saturday Part-Time: Minimum of 2 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
