Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC units with expertise and care. - Provide efficient service and troubleshooting, and replace equipment as needed. - Document all installed equipment thoroughly to ensure accuracy. - Interact directly with customers, ensuring they feel supported and heard. - Safely navigate ladders and use lifts for necessary tasks. - Maintain an organized vehicle with the required tools and parts. Qualifications: - Ability to work independently while consistently delivering quality results. - Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies. - A positive, customer-oriented attitude that enhances service interactions. - Flexibility to work 8–12-hour days based on business needs. - Strong physical capabilities, including the ability to kneel, bend, and reach as required. - Comfort with performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. - Ability to wear protective gear as needed. - Valid driver’s license.
