We are in search of the right sales consultant to join our team. You will be selling air quality solutions to residential clients. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our customer's heating and cooling needs. The position offers great pay and benefits along with the ongoing training. Primary Job Function: To meet with customers in their homes and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems. Work Hours: 40 hours a week, which may include some Saturday appointments. Pay: Base Salary plus commission, with expected earnings over $150,000 per year, and top performers able to earn $200,000+ per year Our company is growing, real opportunity to move into management very quickly to the right person.
