The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial garage doors and related systems. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain commercial garage doors, openers, and related systems. Conduct site assessments and prepare for installations by reviewing blueprints and schematics. Measure and cut materials to fit specific installations. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with garage doors and operating systems. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition. Complete all required documentation, including work orders and reports. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a garage door installer, in a commercial setting. Strong mechanical and technical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks. Benefits: Competitive salary Company-provided tools, equipment, uniforms and truck.
