In Store Services, Inc. is a dynamic local Seattle-based, AWI Certified Casework/Cabinet Manufacturer and General Contractor. Our company designs and manufactures custom cabinets for various retail companies in the PNW and across the U.S. Our team is looking for a talented and experienced sawyer to come on board to assist with our cabinet production, working collaboratively with our team to continue the tradition of maintaining ISS’s high-quality production and attention to detail on behalf of our clients. Qualifications: • Five (5) plus years of industry experience • Cabinet assembly & installation experience • Ability to read plans and specifications • Ability to create a cut list • Familiarity with AWI specifications (AWI – Architectural Woodworking Institute) • Drafting experience with AutoCAD preferred, but not required • Familiarity and proficiency with woodworking/cabinet-making equipment, which includes but is not limited to: o Table Saw o Edge Bander o Basic Power Tools What In Store Services, Inc., offers: In Store Services, Inc. is a 42-year-old, Seattle-based company that values its employees and customers. Job details: Our lead carpenters / site leads are responsible for a job from start to finish, with reading blueprints, managing subcontractors, managing carpenters/laborers, and performing the work. This includes work pertaining to site prep, material ordering, demo, framing, concrete work, interior & exterior trim, setting windows and doors, drywall patching, cabinets, and clean up. Someone in this position needs to have excellent time management, ability to delegate, and have experience managing remodel projects. Our ideal candidate would have their own tools while we have company tools for specialty applications. We do provide a tool repair program.
