If you excel at analyzing project timelines, thrive under pressure, and bring a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board. 🔧 Responsibilities: • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to develop precise cost estimates • Partner with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope, budget parameters, and deliverables • Research and source material and labor costs, incorporating current market trends and pricing • Develop clear, comprehensive bid packages and proposals that reflect project requirements and competitive pricing • Maintain and update cost databases, vendor contacts, and pricing records to support accurate forecasting • Contribute to pre-construction planning and value engineering sessions to optimize project efficiency • Generate detailed electrical estimates for both commercial and residential projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness • Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and collect data critical to the estimating process • Track project progress to ensure alignment with budgetary and scheduling goals • Facilitate communication between project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure consistent expectations and outcomes • Continuously refine estimating practices and maintain organized records to support operational excellence 🎯 Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in electrical estimating, preferably within commercial or industrial sectors • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and applicable codes and regulations • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities • Skilled at managing multiple bids, deadlines, and projects with accuracy and independence 💡 Why Join Us?
