Ebikes Hawaii is open for business and is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced bicycle mechanic at our Honolulu shop location.The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter who enjoys the world of bicycles, electric bicycles, and micro transportation. We pride ourselves on insanely good customer service, and are passionate about getting more people out of their cars, off their couches onto electric bikes. Check us out at www.ebikeshawaii.com Job Type: Full Time *9AM-5PM with some flexibility Hourly: $18.00 to $25.00/hour depending on previous experience (bonus plan included) Full medical and dental benefits provided upon hire Paid vacation after 1 year of employment Experience: Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience, and does not need to be electric bike related. Customer service skills a huge bonus. The ideal candidate should be able to exhibit the following skills: -Basic computer skills -Good energy -Self-motivated -Good at following and taking direction -Goal oriented and enjoys meeting service goals -Ability to balance service projects and customer service -Able to lift up to 75lbs Job Duties: -Bike building -Troubleshooting, problem solving, and fixing problems quickly and efficiently -Interacting with customers and listening to their service needs -Keeping track of parts inventory and work orders -Answering phones -Assist in maintaining cleanliness of store Are you ready to apply?
