Summary: The Loader Operator will be responsible for loading bulk materials into trucks and hoppers while safely operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders and skid steers. This position requires at least 2 years of recent experience. Duties: Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to) the following: • Operate loaders, skid steers, water truck, and other pieces of equipment • Move and load bulk materials, into company equipment, company trucks, customer trucks, or inventory areas • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met. • Perform daily routine cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance Requirements: 2 years’ experience Prefer bilingual (English and Spanish) Must be reliable High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Able to safely operate front-end loader and skid steer Able to speak and understand English. (English/Spanish bilingual is a plus) Able to read and follow written instructions and specifications Valid CA Driver License with clean driving record. Class A preferred. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as equipment maintenance or construction. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. A valid driver's license is also required.
