WHAT WE ARE OFFERING We would start you off between $21 - $24 an hour depending on where your skill level is. If you prove yourself to be a great fit after the integration period (your first 3 months), the maximum this position pays is $24 an hour. If you are seeking a higher rate, you would have to apply for a higher position. Lakewood has a lot of room for growth and promotions to higher ranked positions, which we encourage and help employees achieve.
