Conduct on-site inspections — measure, verify, and assess with zero tolerance for error. Collaborate with project managers and crews to sharpen pricing and lock in schedules. Support insurance estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus). Interpret scopes of work, drawings, and takeoffs with technical precision. Maintain strict estimate records in CRM (Acculynx). Communicate with clients on scope, pricing, and next steps — directly and confidently. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety protocols.
