We need someone in that sweet spot: you know your way around a roof, can bend conduit, and have been doing residential solar installs for at least 3 years. What you'll be doing: Working on residential rooftops all over San Francisco and the immediate area. Racking, running conduit, mounting panels, and doing clean work you can be proud of. Enjoying steady, full-time work (40+ hours/week is the norm) with a solid backlog of projects. What we need from you: 3+ years of hands-on solar installation experience. You know the process from start to finish. You MUST have your own reliable car to get to job sites. No exceptions! You live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco (we start early, and nobody likes sitting on the Bay Bridge for an hour). A good attitude.
