As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a crew of workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: • Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers on site • Ensuring safety regulations are always followed • Experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment • Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and project managers • Managing equipment and materials inventory • Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the excavation or construction industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. You must have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
