Role and Responsibilities: We’re looking for Associate Food Scientists and Food Scientists to lead formulation, testing, and iteration across our product portfolio. You’ll be responsible for developing new formats and flavors, improving existing products, and scaling formulations from benchtop to production. This is a hands-on role. Most of your time will be spent in the lab testing formulations and processes. The rest will focus on researching new ingredients and methods, documenting your work, and traveling to manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: Product Development: Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products and improve existing products. Formulate and optimize product recipes and processes. Evaluate product performance and sensory attributes. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful product launches. Compliance: Stay up-to-date on food safety regulations and industry standards. Ensure all products meet food safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment. Sensory Evaluation: Conduct sensory evaluations to assess product flavor, texture, and appearance. Analyze consumer feedback and preferences.
