This newly created executive role will drive the growth and enrollment engine that powers our mission. The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for rapidly expanding our rancher and acreage base, strengthening partnerships with land stewards, and ensuring we deliver the carbon supply needed to achieve our ambitious goals.   Our mission is bold. We are expanding from 1.5 million acres enrolled today to more than 50 million acres by 2030. To get there, we need a leader who combines vision, grit, and execution. This role offers a rare chance to lead a high-performing team at the intersection of climate impact, agriculture, and ecosystem restoration. The outcomes will be real and measurable: millions of tons of carbon stored in healthy soils and millions of acres of U.S. grasslands restored.   Key Responsibilities Own and drive the national rancher growth strategy to scale regenerative grazing across millions of acres of U.S. grasslands. Lead, build and manage a top-performing field team which currently includes Head of Rancher Sales and Rancher Sales Managers (currently a 5-person team) Establish a performance-driven culture through clear targets, real-time tracking, coaching, and accountability that spans national strategy down to regional enrollment metrics.
