Innovative Concrete, LLC is looking for talented and motivated Skilled Concrete Finishers/Formsetters to join our expanding team. In this position, you will be responsible for the final stages of concrete placement, focusing on achieving a high-quality finish that meets industry standards. Your skills will play a crucial role in the overall success of our Commercial projects, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. As a Skilled Concrete Finisher/Formsetter, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, performing tasks such as setting forms, pouring concrete, finishing surfaces, and adhering to safety protocols on the job site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, an eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.   Key Responsibilities: Set forms for concrete placements according to project specifications. Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces to industry standards. Use hand and power tools, such as power screeds and ride-on finishers to shape, mold, and finish concrete. Ensure proper curing of concrete and adherence to safety standards and procedures. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines. Perform quality checks and maintain cleanliness of the work area. Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and equipment. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or Formsetter is highly preferred. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites. Must be able to pass a drug screening.
