We strive to be both.  Requirements Senior Controls Project Manager: This is where you come in.  We’re looking for a Senior Controls Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful completion of various levels of HVAC controls and energy-related projects. They will perform, manage and confirm tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: scoping of work, estimating, scheduling, project management, commissioning, performance verification, project closeout and successful owner acceptance.  The Senior Controls Project Manager is responsible for the financial forecasting and delivered results inclusive of securing utility incentives of assigned projects.  They will manage communication with the entire project team, utility company representatives, and the customer during all phases of the assigned project as well as confirms the work direction provided to engineers, system technicians, balance technicians, electricians, administration assistants and subcontractors as necessary.    Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:  Provides technical support for the sale of building controls, energy and commissioning projects inclusive of managing customer meetings, the development of riser diagrams for the use in presentations, scope of work development and pricing.    Reviews specifications, submittals and design documents to ensure that a complete scope of work is developed to minimize costly changes once execution of the project has commenced.  Performs and/or manages detailed estimating of the Building Performance Group (BPG) services.  Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes  Communicates both technical and business related issues with the clients, MMFS project management and sales personnel  The Senior Controls Project Manager role reports to Stephen Wilson, Lead Project Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. The Clinical Program Director establishes, administers, and directs the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program, a self-contained clinical team that provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to sixty-eight clients with serious mental illness and who are involved with the criminal justice system. Duties include: Overseeing the direct day-to-day clinical operations of the FACT Team including staff scheduling, morning meetings, coordination among staff members, and evaluation of treatment activities to ensure excellence of care to meet the individuals ever changing needs. Hire, supervise and evaluate a multidisciplinary team ensuring high quality psychiatric treatment that is goal-directed, respectful, meaningful and client driven. Functions as a practicing clinician as part of the team. Supervising program documentation and case record management assuring compliance. Regularly reviewing assessments, service plans, progress notes and other records kept and written by staff. Providing the full spectrum of clinical treatment and rehabilitative support services to individuals served by the team. This includes home, community and office visits, crisis intervention, completing clinical documentation, and participating in on-call duties. Operationalizing evidence-based practices including using a harm reduction, person-centered, recovery-based approach while instilling hope in those served. Promoting effective and collaborative communication between co-workers, providers, external providers, regulators and funders. Ensuring all services are delivered in a manner consistent with agency procedures and all related State and Federal regulations (NYS Office of Mental Health, Department of Health and Medicaid). Ensuring all medication processes and procedures are followed. Participating in the development of an annual budget, monitoring expenditures, and adhering to budgetary guidelines. Completing monthly billing for FACT services. Providing transportation to clients when necessary. In addition, an employee must be approved to drive agency and personal vehicles for business purposes by maintaining a valid NYS driver's license and must be approved by the agency's vehicle insurance carrier. An employee must always drive in a safe manner and use all safety devices. Requirements Skills/Qualifications for the Clinical Program Director include: NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor required. Three years’ experience working with individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Experience working on an ACT or FACT Team, preferred. Experience with the criminal justice systems and an understanding of how the service recipients are impacted. Three years of supervisory and management experience in a clinical setting and experience providing community-based clinical treatment, preferred (e.g., mobile crisis, FACT, etc.). A combination of strong supervisory skills and clinical experience will be considered. Must have a strong commitment to the rights and ability of each person living with a mental illness to make their own decisions. Must be able to effectively work with all people and demonstrate skills and competence to establish supportive and trusting relationships with all individuals. Must uphold clients’ rights, personal preferences in treatment and treat everyone with respect and dignity. A valid and insurable NYS driver’s license. Must have own vehicle to use for business purposes. Agency vehicles are available for individual transportation. Quantum Software Engineer - Computational AMO Physics
Description  Infleqtion is on a mission to commercialize atom-based quantum technologies that deliver orders-of-magnitude improvements in sensing and computing applications. We are seeking self-motivated, energetic individuals with exceptional problem-solving and technical skills to help drive our Quantum Sensing mission forward. We encourage applications from physicists with computational and/or theoretical backgrounds, particularly those with experience in Atomic, Molecular, and Optical (AMO) physics and coherent control of quantum systems such as ultra-cold atoms or multi-level systems.  Role and responsibilities  Design, build, and test numerical simulations of physical systems, and work with experimental colleagues to incorporate real-world physical effects into the simulations  Use GPUs or other High Performance Computing techniques to speed-up simulations  Drive results and present findings to customers  Stay up-to-date on literature, assess and pursue cutting edge quantum simulations for novel applications  Communicate and interpret cutting-edge research in both theory and experiment with colleagues  Customer-centric focus on solving end-user needs and proposing new work to customers  Ownership of codebases to maintain high usability and performance.  Mentor and teach junior team members as indirect reports. Supervise interns.
