Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer Overview: We are seeking a career-minded and advancement-focused Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their rapidly expanding consulting practice. This role is central to their exciting portfolio of projects, including sewershed rehabilitation, new sewer design, water distribution, treatment plants, and pump stations across the Mid-Atlantic. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient, self-motivated professional ready to lead designs, manage project elements, and contribute to a high-performing, employee-owned team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and perform engineering design for water/wastewater projects, including systems analysis, hydraulic design, and rehabilitation planning. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including preparing and updating project schedules and budgets. Develop construction documents, including contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Analyze survey reports, GIS data, maps, and drawings to effectively plan projects. Conduct quality reviews of project designs to ensure they meet all client specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers. Attend client meetings and assist in documenting meeting minutes and action items. Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Experiences 5-10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering. Demonstrated experience with hydraulic design, sewer rehabilitation, and/or pump station and treatment process design. Proven proficiency with design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, and MS Project. Experience in preparing engineering reports, specifications, and construction documents. Other Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A firm grasp of heavy construction principles. MUST HAVE: The qualifications listed above. This role is critical to our operations and requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and extensive experience in industrial electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Design minor electrical circuits and test/troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic machine control circuits. Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle electrical machinery to replace defective parts. Install, monitor, and adjust electrical equipment for hazards and performance. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to complete layouts, assembly, and installation. Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures and complete circuits to diagram specifications. Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools. Utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). May direct the work of others in lower classifications. Requirements: Education A two-year Associate degree in a related field is required. Experiences 2-4 years of relevant work experience is required. Proven experience designing minor electrical circuits and troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and electronic controls. Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Hands-on experience installing controls and interpreting schematics or blueprints. Experience using a computer to search for parts and enter data into a maintenance system (CMMS). Other Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, stooping, and bending. Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.  Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs. Set tables in accordance with ESL standards. Serve residents and guest’s beverages as requested. Review daily menu with residents. Takes and delivers accurate meal orders to residents and guests. Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed. Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices. Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals. When applicable acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options. Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room. Communicate resident likes and dislikes to Director of Culinary Services for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction. Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff. Attend Pre-Meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staff. May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.   Requirements Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
