Summary The purpose of this position is to excel in all construction aspects of the Petroleum Industry including the installation and removal of above and below ground petroleum storage tanks, piping, plumbing, electrical, cleanup, and disposing of the old equipment. This position will also provide leadership on the job site and will be responsible for daily onsite management. Requirements UST LICENSE - ACTIVE STATUS Five years of construction experience as a lead (or comparable work experience and knowledge) Valid Driver's License Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Lead, manage and hold accountable when assigned as lead on projects Attain API Safety certification Installation of specialty fiberglass or flexible piping systems Installation of fueling dispensers and systems Exercise proper care and use of all related hand and power tools including, but not limited to, pumps, generators, saws, drills, and compaction equipment Demo and removal of concrete / asphalt Install petroleum dispensing equipment at retail and commercial fuel outlets Installation of new sub-base aggregate, compaction with vibratory equipment. Forming and pouring concrete pads, islands, piers and other structures Perform general housekeeping at the job site; maintain a neat and organized job site Assist with removal and installation of petroleum underground storage tanks Work with other technicians to plumb and wire fuel dispensing equipment Install indoor and outdoor lighting, as needed Run electrical conduits and pull wiring to electrical controls and lighting systems Work in a safe manner, following the Petro Towery Safety Manual Work an after-hours on-call rotation Support any region Petro Towery serves with the possibility of overnight stays Operate aerial lifts and bucket trucks, as needed Thread and install steel and fiberglass piping components Operate excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, compactors, skid loaders, air compressors, concrete saws and jack hammers Understand and comply with applicable fire safety, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulations Ensure cooperation between all departments and locations Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations by ensuring that all assigned duties are completed in a cost-effective manner Work with a crew of technicians to plumb and wire fuel dispensing equipment Responsible for displaying conduct which reflects positively on the construction department and Petro Towery. This role will provide vital support to RNs, APRNs, and other healthcare providers by assisting with medical screenings, patient assessments, and the delivery of care for detainees. The position involves collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate medical services within a secure environment. Essential Functions: Collect laboratory specimens as assigned, ensuring proper handling and labeling. Provide life support care, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), in emergency situations. Assess patient conditions and initiate appropriate initial treatments. Perform clinical procedures such as starting IVs, drawing blood, applying splints, and providing wound care. Serve as the primary liaison between the site, CDR Health, and the medical leadership team. Identify and resolve operational issues such as parking logistics, surge capacity, and staffing shortages. Maintain quality assurance by training staff and monitoring the effectiveness of site testing procedures. Provide break relief for clinical staff and assist with specimen collection as needed (PRN). Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure high standards of care and smooth workflow in the medical unit. Educate patients on their medical conditions, medications, and treatment plans in a clear, compassionate manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Conduct initial medical intake screenings for new detainees, including health histories, vital signs, and TB risk assessments. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for patients admitted to the medical ward. Administer medications per provider orders and MAR, including injections, wound care, and chronic disease management. Triage complaints during sick calls and determine appropriate clinical action or provider referral. Monitor and manage high-risk patients, including those under detox protocols, suicide watch, or other observation categories. Respond to in-clinic emergencies, delivering ACLS/BLS care and coordinating further treatment when necessary. Enforce infection control standards, including sanitation practices, PPE compliance, and isolation protocols. Document patient refusals of care, medication, or observation and escalate concerns when necessary. Participate in suicide watch procedures, including direct monitoring, timely documentation, and mental health referrals. Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Current, active RN licensure in good standing in the state of FL or a compact license. Current BLS certification at the medical provider level, with the ability to deliver appropriate patient care in urgent or emergent situations while awaiting EMS. Recent clinical experience within the last 6 months, including proficiency in specimen collection. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods without restriction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations and in varied settings. Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure. Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines Able to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
