Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for account Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving account growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of dental practice operations is a significant plus. Prior experience in a public company setting or with IPO readiness is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting. Demonstrated experience with monthly close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entry preparation. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
