Shifts: Full-time and part-time Compensation: $17.50/hour Responsibilities: Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas Performs all housekeeping duties including: distributing laundered articles and linens replacing and hanging draperies changing beds cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies dusting furniture and equipment polishing metalwork washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills Performs all laundry duties including: washing, drying and ironing resident laundry and community linens and textiles in provided appliances folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately distributing laundered articles and linens replacing and hanging draperies and changing beds Maintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularly Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies Stocks cleaning cart with supplies Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean Completes maintenance work orders for any maintenance repairs needed Reports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor May perform other duties as assigned Requirements Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction Arrives to work on time Absence and tardiness are minimal Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code Observes safety and security procedures Uses equipment and materials properly Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays Benefits We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years. Amazing Athletes is the premiere sports-based enrichment program in the country. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to add to our coaching team. This fun, part-time position requires traveling to different schools and day care centers to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports to children ranging from 18 months to 12 year old, with our core program focusing on 3-5 year olds. Amazing Athletes coaches must have a passion for working with children with the ultimate goal of making a positive impact on as many children as possible. We are currently in need of coaches who can work a part time schedule (12-20 hours / week). Currently in need of coaches who can easily travel to the Salt Lake Valley. Classes are scheduled in 35 minute time slots starting from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F. You will be working with children at various preschools throughout the area. Classes may be scattered throughout the day, but most coaches will work no more than 4-5 classes in a day as a max. Our coaches will be the face of our company, so you will be given a lot of responsibility at first. We highly recommend having some sort of experience working with children in the past. Participants needed for a Research Study on Sleep and Circadian Rhythms Does your high schooler have a hard time falling asleep before 1 a.m. and waking up early in the morning/for school? Do you have trouble falling asleep before 1 a.m.? We are looking for males and females, ages 16-30 to participate in a study at the Sleep and Chronobiology Lab at the University of Colorado Boulder. The purpose of the study is to understand mechanisms of Delayed Sleep Wake Phase Disorder (DSWPD). This study will improve our understanding of circadian rhythms in humans and may help us to create treatments and strategies for DSWPD.
