We are looking to hire a part time dog walker for our small dog walking business located in Downtown Brooklyn! Working hours will be 11am - 3pm Monday-Friday, with the possibility of more hours in the future! You must: Be at least 18 years old Be fluent in English Be available at least Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am-3pm. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE THESE DAYS Have a reliable cell phone with internet coverage and camera Prior dog walking experience preferred. Love dogs and interested in learning more about them. Knowledge of basic training practices preferred. Be physically able to walk 5-10 miles per day. Have the physical ability to handle dogs of all sizes Applicant should have appropriate clothing for outdoor work in all seasons. We work in sun, rain, snow and ice, so must be comfortable working in the elements Must have reliable transportation Must be extremely communicative and punctual Be able to communicate professionally with our clients- a lot of clients are working from home and want to know who is caring for their dog Have a basic knowledge of Downtown Brooklyn and getting around on foot, bike, and by train Be able to commit for at least 6 months - do not apply if you cannot make this commitment Please include a photo of yourself and a quick bio noting any hobbies, interests, etc. and any relevant work experience in the body of the response AS WELL AS an attached resume and your availability.
