Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon – Elective + Trauma Mix Location: West Phoenix, Arizona (optional coverage in North Phoenix) Position Type: Full-Time Practice Setting: Multi-site model including outpatient clinics, physician-owned ASC, and hospital-based care Call Coverage: Shared rotation at Banner Estrella Medical Center (Level II Trauma) Trauma Caseload: Approximately 50% trauma/emergent cases Travel Requirements: None Position Summary A physician-led, regionally recognized orthopedic group in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join its growing surgical division. This full-time opportunity offers a well-balanced case mix—approximately 50% elective and 50% trauma—delivered across a collaborative, multi-site model that includes an on-site ASC and hospital call responsibilities. Surgeons benefit from a built-in referral base, two dedicated ORs within the ASC, and trauma call at a major Level II facility. The position is supported by experienced PAs and offers opportunities for teaching, leadership, or research for candidates interested in academic engagement.
