The Facilities Specialist role is a hand-on position that will work on site within our Princeton, NJ locations. Facilitate one clinical group per week, fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Collaborate with the GRIT treatment team, which includes licensed clinicians, case managers, prescribers, and recovery staff, to create individualized recovery plans. Support residents in their journey toward recovery, helping them build resilience, perseverance, and confidence. Provide input on aftercare planning to ensure successful community reintegration. Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with program guidelines.
