Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Mesa, AZ

Position Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Acute Care Location: Mesa, Arizona Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Compensation Base: $120,000 annually Earning potential up to $250,000 annually (production-based) 1099 independent contractor arrangement Opportunity Overview Advanced Healthcare is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient acute care team in Mesa, AZ. Key Responsibilities Complete weekend rounds across multiple skilled nursing facilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans Manage acute conditions and chronic disease exacerbations Order, review, and act on laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results Adjust medications and therapies as clinically appropriate Collaborate closely with facility staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients, families, and facility staff regarding treatment goals and expectations Document all clinical encounters promptly and accurately in the EMR Support discharge planning and smooth care transitions Ensure compliance with SNF protocols and regulatory requirements Qualifications Current and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused care approach New graduates are encouraged to apply Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for a provider who is detail-oriented, values continuity of care, and enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient setting.
