Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our busy interventional pain clinic. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of pain management experience and is comfortable managing approximately 25-30 patients per day in a high-functioning outpatient environment. This position is based in Mesa, AZ with occasional coverage in Scottsdale. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic and acute pain conditions Order and manage interventional procedures, from basic to advanced techniques Educate patients about treatment options including procedural, pharmacologic, and non-pharmacologic therapies Adhere to a maximum MME of 90, with occasional grandfathered exceptions Promote the use of ancillary treatments such as physical therapy or evidence-based modalities Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with clinical protocols Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Pain Management DEA license and prescriptive authority in good standing Experience managing high patient volumes (25–30/day) Comfortable with EMR systems and procedural ordering If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
