Sets up, operates, adjusts, reworks and troubleshoots part product of higher complexity that conform to part print specifications in five or more major “INDEX” brand turning center machine models and includes some secondary operations and machines. Notifies supervision of non-conforming product. (Read/Edit programs, assess tool conditions, install attachments, adjust tools, perform offsets, bar loading, clear /interpret alarms, monitor coolant condition, etc.) Performs SPC and maintains process to within target using appropriate computer software/hardware on applicable machines/parts. Performs 1st Articles with an applied understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. (GDT) Maintains a clean and orderly work area in conjunction with maintaining a safe work environment and notifying safety representative or supervision of unsafe conditions. Trains operators and oversees operator’s work product as assigned. Performs preventive maintenance by maintaining machine lubricant levels, perform TPM (total productive maintenance) as directed, recognize the need for maintenance and notify the appropriate persons and prepare machines for scheduled maintenance when directed. Will train coworkers to setup, inspect, and adhere to various operations procedures, etc. Completes department paperwork and electronic data where applicable. (BCD “barcode data collection”, conversion time logs, system transactions, etc.) Notifies supervision of unassigned machines, seek additional work when available and assist coworkers on own initiative when applicable. May perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Skills and Experiences You’ll Need as a CNC Setup Machinist: Demonstrates all the qualifications of all lower grade Production Machinist and Machine Operator positions. Seven years of various Production Machinist, troubleshooting and operational experience required. Minimum of five years of “INDEX” brand Turning Center experience preferred. Must be able to interpret and apply GDT. Must have ability to perform advanced shop math. Must have ability to effectively communicate written and verbal technical terms in English. Familiarity with computer and Microsoft based software systems preferred.   Work Environment: Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE. Ability to stand or sit for long periods. Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to use full range of motion. The Critical Engineering Technician plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our hyperscale, multi-building data center campus. This hands-on position is responsible for ensuring the uptime, reliability, and performance of critical facility systems. Critical Engineering Technicians perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to alarms or incidents involving power, cooling, and networking equipment. The Critical Engineering Technician works across multiple areas, including critical equipment support spaces, that demand precision and strict adherence to operational protocols. This position coordinates with internal teams such as operations, engineering, and security, as well as external vendors and contractors. Critical Engineering Technicians are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, 24/7 mission-critical environments. The role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the data center industry and is foundational to the reliability and scalability of hyperscale infrastructure. 12-HOUR NIGHT SHIFT (7PM-7AM) RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all standard and non-standard activities in accordance with Stream Data Centers’ operating procedures or maintenance work instructions. Perform rounds inspecting mechanical, electrical, and fire/life safety systems (MEP/FLS) throughout the building and equipment yards. Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) dashboards for alarms and anomalies. Perform BMS operations and effectively analyze data to ensure proper functions of all critical systems. Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on critical infrastructure including UPS, FCUs, CRAH/CRACs, chillers, generators, and electrical switchgear. Work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, network, and project teams to coordinate site-wide activities. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all equipment related activity support site management to resolve site issues based on priorities. Participate in technical training and certification programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment and best practices. Participate in team meetings, shift handovers, and post-mortem reviews to share knowledge and support cross-functional collaboration. Escort vendors and contractors during maintenance or installation activities, ensuring badge compliance and activity logging. Comply with Stream Data Centers departmental policies, including all EHS policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years’ experience in an industry that includes operations & maintenance Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and their application to work orders Experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment Working knowledge of mechanical, controls, and fire and life safety systems Proficient with computer systems including documents, spreadsheets, and email PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years’ experience in a critical operations environment, preferably in the data center industry Experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems in an operations environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/CONSIDERATIONS Perform physical tasks, including moving heavy equipment ( up to 50 pounds), operating critical infrastructure, crawling in tight spaces. Work in a noisy environment with ear protection and eye protection; potential to work at heights and from ladders Perform extended site rounds that could include long distances of walking and long periods of time being away from a desk. Use hands to manipulate small wires and objects. The pay range for this role is between $35/hour - $45/hour. The Residential Security Agent (RSA) an essential role in the overall security program and will be responsible for the safety and security of personnel, assets, facilities and information for the company and at our Private Estate. The RSA will monitor a variety of technologies, including access control, video surveillance and alarm systems, to provide security service and threat elimination. The Officer will respond to security related incidents, medical crises, safety incidents, natural disasters and other emergencies and dispatch security officers, police, fire, EMS personnel and other services, as required. The Officer will be responsible for constantly touring, observing, and maintaining perimeter security of the property and providing a physical presence at all times. Duties and responsibilities also include investigating incidents, escalating situations to appropriate parties in the Security Operations Center (SOC), filing incident reports and other elated protective duties. Additionally, The Agent is responsible for the effective and efficient processing of all information relevant to the security operation which includes but is not limited to:  effective distribution of phone calls, executing and receiving notifications, effective distribution and action of all information received electronically via email, intranet, service requests, shift activity logs and incident reports. And a minimum 5 years of prior security, military or law enforcement background with 2 years of supervisory experience. Possess strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively operate and manage security tools and processes. Systems include but are not limited to access control, intrusion alarm systems, CCTV, and communications equipment. As an Automotive Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies and frames.
