The Project Manager must possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and must be highly organized. This position requires hands on experience related to Scheduling, Written and Verbal Communication, and/or general construction practices. The Project Manager must be willing to travel locally (40-50%) and out of market (15-20%) as required by project. This position reports to the Director of Operations & Vice President. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Onsite project management lead for all greater NY based jobs – approx 40-50% out of office in market Complete daily progress reports with crew attendance, photos & completion metrics for each day a job is active in the field Conduct site visits as needed for any greater NY area jobs Travel out of market as needed when nationwide project management bandwidth is limited during busier times – approx 15-20% out of market travel Per diem & travel expenses covered for all out of market travel to jobs/site visits Accompany clients, building dept, fire marshals etc on walkthroughs to inspect & confirm all installations are built to code & clients agreed to desires; acquire sign off on all projects prior to completion & exiting the job site Oversee project prep in Hauppauge WH prior to events – including but not limited to tools, hardware, materials & other misc equipment needs Assist with local project planning, schedules & logistics Ensure crews attend safety orientations, are up to date on all safety requirements & adhere to all safety regulations & have proper PPE while working Manage all job specific purchasing & procurement Assist WH manager with creation & verification of BOLs on inbound & outbound material Assist in development of project cost estimates in collaboration with the sales team Coordinate and review all technical drawings with the CAD Department & project foreman to ensure all details of job are captured prior to arriving onsite Coordinate and review detailed assembly/installation drawings with project foreman for use by the installation crew to ensure all details of job are captured prior to arriving onsite for load in Actively communicate with management & warehouse team to maintain shop production & logistics schedules in coordination with the project onsite Work closely with department heads and subcontractors to meet both budgetary and scheduling goals Communicate with the client, management & sales staff during the build & strike phases of the project to ensure all parties are aligned with progress, milestones & deadlines Manage changes to the project scope onsite & report any budgetary and/or staffing implications back to management Track and Report project costs compared to budget, assemble post mortem reports on all projects to give top-line view of how each project fared in comparison to estimates Requirements Previous industry experience in scaffolding, construction, technical theater and/or scenic fabrication is a plus but not required Proficiency with MS Office & Teams High-level problem-solving skills Ability to make decisions when prioritizing the short- and long-term objectives for projects Must have outstanding relationship skills and have a team oriented, collaborative work ethic Ability to work within a flexible schedule Valid Drivers License Availability to report to Hauppauge office all work days not scheduled to be present on jobsites Bilingual a major plus, but not required Education Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Pay Scale Salaried, Non-Exempt - $60,000-75,000 negotiable based on relevant experience Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Vacation Paid Holidays Floating holiday 401 K Match Tuition Reimbursement

Description: 1. Provide episodic on-site surveillance, field inspection, and construction inspection services as directed for NASA managed construction projects for conformance to technical requirements, design drawings, schedule, and specifications and report any violations. 2. Provide specialized experience in various construction disciplines including structural, electrical, civil, mechanical, architectural, roofing, fire detection and suppression, and welding. 3. Document and report field inspection findings regularly. 4. Coordinate with the NASA Construction Safety Point of Contact (SPOC) and the NASA Environmental POC on upcoming field activities. 5. Assist in the coordination of construction, installation, and testing problems encountered. 6. Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-final and final inspection of the contractor’s work. 7. Participate in various meetings to be held between NASA, NASA construction contractors, and others, including, but not limited to project site walkdowns, construction meetings prior to and during construction phase, and project status meetings, as required. 8. Track deliverables and submittals and communicate issues. 9. Collect information and provide observations and support RFIs, changes, and adjustments. 10. Ensure that the construction contractor complies with the defined SOW or specifications included in the contract. 11. Verify that project implementation complies with approved shop drawing submittals. 12. Verify and validate correct implementation of project associated requests for information (RFIs). 13. Inspect delivered materials and verify their conformance with contract documents and approved submittals, as required. 14. Support in verifying work completion to support invoice payments. 15. Provide a quality check of final marked drawings submitted by the construction contractor to verify that all changes made during construction have been recorded. 16. Assist with Activation and Turnover tasks to include proper processing, witnessing of system acceptance testing of protective systems, and completion of system documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years' experience in inspection services; OR vocational/technical or military certification and 8 years' experience in inspection services; OR High School Diploma and 12 years' experience in inspection services.

Description: 1. Perform electrical system design and performance analyses for facility and infrastructure projects across the Center. 2. Provide Low-Voltage and Medium-Voltage (e.g. 480V to 15 kV) design capability, providing specifications and designs utilizing the most recent versions of computer aided design software such as MicroStation® or AutoCAD®. 3. Support designs associated with new installations or modification of industrial power systems distribution. 4. Support power substation and switchgear design and testing. Familiarity with power systems relays for protection, control, monitoring, and automation of industrial power is preferred. 5. Perform Arc Flash studies for facility and infrastructure projects. 6. Provide Low-Voltage and Medium-Voltage power system short circuit and Arc Flash studies, and load flow studies utilizing government provided software, i.e., Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP)® Power Tools. 7. Maintain proficiency and certified training levels to utilize power system analytical tools, i.e., ETAP® Power Tools and certifications. 8. Perform oversight of the design and construction of electrical power distribution systems at the Medium-Voltage and Low-Voltage levels, lightning protection systems, and other electrical systems. Includes verifying compliance with applicable NFPA codes to include NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NFPA 780 (Standard for the Installation of Lightning Protection Systems) as well as NASA and KSC electrical standards. 9. Maintain proficiency with all applicable NFPA codes. Familiarity with NASA and KSC electrical standards is preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 4 years' experience in electrical engineering. Description: 1. Perform oversight of the design and construction of HVAC/R control systems, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and industrial control systems. 2. Evaluate compliance with industry standards, specifications, schedules, control diagrams, sequence of operations and energy management concepts. 3. Support requirement development for hardware and software used to monitor and control industrial systems to include Programmable Logic Controllers, analog and digital instrumentation, and Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) components. 4. Support requirement development for Building Automation and Control Networking Protocol (BACNet) and Modbus inter-operable standard network protocol.
