We’re looking for exceptional marketers to drive awareness and understanding of our products’ value.  The opportunity We’re on the hunt for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist / Graduate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team — the Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities, handling inbound sales inquiries, assisting contractual administration during the procurement process, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. The intention is that this role will expand and develop into a direct sales executive role, supporting our SMB customer deals. What you’ll do Opportunity Qualification: Qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and requirements. Identify and prioritise high-potential leads to ensure efficient use of sales resources. Inbound Sales Enquiries: Handle inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers. Generate customer quotes.  Customer Research: Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify key decision-makers and relevant business information. Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and sales leads. Enquiry Triage: Triage incoming enquiries to determine the appropriate course of action. Assign enquiries to the relevant sales team members or departments as needed. Email and Enquiry Response: Respond to emails and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing sales documentation. Support the completion of customer procurement forms.  Perform ad hoc tasks as required to facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team. Requirements About you You’ve gained exposure to commercial environments and are eager to grow your career in technology and sales. You have strong organisation and prioritisation skills. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are proactive, always on the look out for how processes can be improved. You are detail focused - accuracy is important to you.
