Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Pay Range: $37-$42 per hour with overtime opportunities. (Based on experience) Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.
