What we are looking for… An organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper to manage and carry out the cleaning processes and procedures for our hotel. This person will be responsible for cleaning and servicing our hotels in a timely manner according to AvantStay guidelines and standards, service sequence, and inspection checklists to exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing unparalleled experiences and world class customer service to guests.  What you’ll do… Maintain general cleanliness throughout our homes including vacuuming, mopping, and  sweeping according to AvantStay standards and guidelines. Remove trash, recycling, and compost from receptacles throughout the home; clean, sanitize, and replace liners in trash and recycling bins. Wash and sanitize all linens found in the home, such as bedding, sheets, and towels.  Report any issues in our homes, including damages to the house and/or any security issues. Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws. Handle reasonable guest requests, complaints, and questions as necessary and inform other AvantStay employees when required.  Check and report on stocking levels of all consumables and cleaning supplies. Create and complete daily job lists and complete all paperwork/ inspection forms.
