We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support Domyn leadership in North America. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between technical teams and business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Domyn leadership in the US, including but not limited to the SVP of Financial Services Solutions and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Serve as a liaison to internal/external stakeholders on behalf of Domyn leadership, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel itineraries, and executive outreach as needed. Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of strategic priorities while anticipating needs and proactively managing shifting priorities. Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and high-level communications Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives is a plus Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Teams) Benefits Compensation Domyn offers a competitive compensation structure, including salary, performance-based bonuses, and additional components based on experience.
