This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a full range of digital print equipment, including Ricoh 9210, 8220 and OCE Titan 6180, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial printing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Run all digital imaging devices effectively, including: • Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presented • Load, unload, and clear jams on the machine to keep it operating • Place service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of any issues • Monitor job schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines • Accurately read and follow the specifications of a job ticket • Correctly setup and run equipment to complete jobs from start to finish • Perform maintenance on equipment and place service calls when needed • Perform quality control procedures • Manage daily job ticket entry • Effectively and professionally communicate with personnel from other departments • Multi-task and deal effectively with competing priorities • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Manage inventory of paper and consumables • Promote the Baesman Values: Can-do Attitude, We Before Me, Go the Extra Mile, Embrace Growth and Change, and Do the Right Thing. • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3-5 years full-time experience in digital print (toner, inkjet, wide format inkjet) • Mechanically inclined/technical aptitude • Proficient in operating various digital equipment • Basic literacy and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude and proactive approach • Attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities • Accurately see/determine color quality and accuracy • Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move/lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities & Duties Inspect roofing and related building envelope systems during all phases of construction, repair, and maintenance at NASA facilities. Review construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and NASA requirements. Monitor contractor work for compliance with codes, safety regulations, and project schedules. Conduct field inspections and document findings with detailed reports, including photographs and recommendations. Verify installation methods, material quality, and workmanship meet contractual and industry standards (NRCA, ASTM, OSHA, and NASA technical requirements). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and safety personnel to resolve technical issues. Provide input on corrective actions for deficiencies or non-compliant work. Maintain accurate daily inspection logs and submit progress updates. Support quality assurance/quality control efforts and assist in project closeout inspections. Respond to inquiries from existing and potential customers, incoming mail, e-mail and any other requests regarding customer parts or related issues. Ability to identify customer needs and develop timely solutions. Assign OTD (on time delivery) dates for work orders to production that meet the customer’s expectations. Identify opportunities to grow business with key accounts, including providing proposals to Tier 3 customers. Limited travel to customer locations for business growth and relationship opportunities. Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned Tier 3 customer accounts. Track financial, turnaround time, On Time Delivery and other key metrics with assigned accounts. Provide solutions to issues when metrics are not in alignment with customers’ expectations. Proactively provide status reports to Customer (and Management) as necessary. Assist with contract management issues, reports and analysis as necessary. Provide technical assistance as needed, or work with the shop to provide the technical support needed by the Customer.
