Align closely with builder partners on strategic initiatives. Training & Development- Provide consistent feedback and hands-on training to ensure each team member achieves their full potential. Lead community-level sessions and participate in corporate leadership development programs. Customer Experience- Support your team in guiding buyers through the home buying journey, ensuring an exceptional and consistent experience. Market Outreach- Monitor local market conditions, implement marketing strategies, and build relationships with local Realtors to drive traffic and increase exposure.
