The Farm to Family (F2F) Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the F2F fresh produce program ensuring member satisfaction is a top priority. Creating and analyzing metrics to ensure the achievement of established goals. Develop strong relationships with growers, vendors and food banks. Mediate rejection between carriers, donors and food banks to help minimize impact on existing relationship. Maintaining a high level of customer service to our new and existing donors/growers/shippers. Managing and developing a support team. Requirements Qualified applicant will have strong staff supervision skills; attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills; as well as interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships within and outside of CAFB. Ability to work in high volume, time-critical processing environment; Multi-tasking and good organizational and time management skills. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Benefits This role offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, in the annual range of $68,000 to $80,000 and is eligible for the organization’s Employee Health & Benefits Plan.
